Polyimide Acrylic Adhesive Tape
This kind of tape is made of polyimide material with acrylic adhesive, which shows excellent dielectric insulation properties, high heat resistant and is widely used for electrical insulation on motor, transformer, coils and so on.
I Techinical requirements:
1. The film surface is smooth, bright and clean. It should have no defects such as folding, tearing, particulate, air bubble, pinhole and any external impurity. Its edges shall be orderly and no breakage.
II. Dimension
1.The roll length is 30-60 meter or supplied according to the customer's requirements. The width and allowable deviation:10mm-50mm: >50mm,±1mm.
III Thickness
Thickness and allowable deviation: all of the thickness is available ,±0.008mm.
